PRICING AND AVAILABILITY Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.  PAYMENTS Purchases can be paid for by using a debit or credit card through ‘PAYPAL’. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any applicable taxes. Samantha Cole London does not hold credit card details, the transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway “Paypal”. During the payment process the card issuer will be asked to perform the usual verification checks. Should a card be refused, we cannot be liable for non-delivery or delay. TERMS OF SALE By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our “Deliveries” Charges notice for further information. In order to contract with Samantha Cole London (SCL) you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. SCL retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. OUR CONTRACT A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been or are being dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. IMPORT DUTY If you order goods from this website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. RETURNS Your legal rights are protected, under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund of any item, (subject to availability) please contact us within a day of receiving your order for a returns code. Orders sent back without a code will not be accepted. All items must be returned within 7 days from receipt in original packaging and all tags intact. Any garments returned outside the agreed time will incur a 5% re-stocking charge deducted from their payment.  We will issue a full refund on receipt of goods excluding delivery charges, or exchange of the item if preferred. It is your responsibility that the item reaches us in its original condition.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You are responsible for payment of the delivery charges when returning goods. RETURNS PROCEDURE Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This is required from Samantha Cole London before an item can be returned to us. Any item returned without this number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. Please contact us by emailing info@samanthacolelondon.co.uk  within 48 hours of receiving your order, giving your reason for return and state the invoice number found on the invoice. Once confirmation has been given for a return, please put the RMA number on the outside of the package and on the original invoice to be enclosed in the package. Goods should be sent by recorded post which is traceable online.  Samantha Cole London is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post. DELIVERIES We deliver within the UK and Europe Only. Your shopping basket on the website displays the goods you have chosen.  Any delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days. All UK deliveries are estimated to be delivered within 3-5 working days, International deliveries will take up to 2 weeks and all Made to Order garments take up to 2 weeks plus the estimated normal delivery time. UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail and International Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-For. INSURANCE Insurance is included in the shipping price for UK orders. An insurance cost of £2.50 per order will be added for International deliveries. TRACKING YOUR ORDER All Royal Mail orders can be tracked on www.royalmail.com. International packages will be tracked with Royal Mail only until the package leaves the UK, after which time the package must be tracked with the recipient's national postal service. OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE A TRANSACTION We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. However, as SCL continues to grow it recognises the importance of being proactive and doing everything within its power to support the rights of those involved in the manufacture of its goods.
